Dear Homeowner,

I’m offering these tips for those who feel they want to go the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) route.  My goal in offering these tips is to help you through the process of selling, providing tips and pointing out common situations, which could affect the sale of your home.  I understand your decision to sale by owner. If saving the commission is your goal you need to be well informed about the current market conditions and every possible scenario you could find yourself involved in prior to the marketing your home.

I would like to see you succeed in your endeavor and hopefully you will remember and recommend me to your friends and relatives for my efforts should they be inclined to use a Realtor'sÒ services. Additionally, if you should find that your home is not attracting the right buyers, you haven’t the time to market it, or you’re just frustrated with the process itself, I ask that you give me the opportunity to present my plan.
